- “Pieta”, the winner of the Golden Lion at the 69th Venice International Film Festival, directed by Kim Ki-duk, will be shown in theaters in the USA starting May 17. According to its North American distributor Drafthouse Films, “Pieta” will be released in Denver, Kansas, Austin, Houston, Phoenix, San Diego, Chicago, and New York between May 17 and May 23.
