“It’s Okay, That’s Love” Star Cast in Supporting Roles: Well-Made Drama in the Making

The upcoming drama “It’s Okay, That’s Love” is raising anticipation with its star cast of supporting actors—Jin Kyoung, Yang Ik-joon, Cha Hwa-yeon, and Kim Mi-kyung. With its first episode coming up on the 23rd, “It’s Okay, That’s Love” hopes to be recognized as a well-made drama driven by talented supporting actors who boast “100% synchronization” with their characters.

Jin Kyoung, the uptight, opinionated daughter-in-law in “My Husband Got a Family,” proved her acting skills once again with her Best Supporting Actress Award for the movie “Cold Eyes” at the 50th Baeksang Arts Awards. In the upcoming drama, Jin Kyoung appears as a dedicated psychiatrist who hides her own trauma of being betrayed by her former husband Cho Dong-min (Seong Dong-il). She works with Ji Hae-soo (Gong Hyo-jin) at the same hospital.

Yang Ik-joon earned the reputation of an actor cum director with the movie “Breathless” that awarded him with the New Director’s Award and the Best New Actor Award. He left a deep impression on the viewers with his roles in KBS 2TV’s “The Innocent Man” and “Inspiring Generation.” Yang appears in the new drama as Jang Jae-beom, a tough-looking man hiding many secrets who has a strikingly different younger brother, a handsome and well-mannered mystery book writer. Their relationship will add to the intensity of the drama.
