Support for coverage of reporters of Commonwealth of Independent States(CIS)

• It is a program to invite reporters of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan in a bid to make PR activities concerning Korean culture and strengthen cultural ties. As a new target of cultural exchanges, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan are drawing attention, and thereby we devised this program in an effort to enhance image of Korean cultural industry and contribute to popularize Korean culture. The reporters visited cultural site for 9 days, watched musical, tasted Korean food, and visited palaces, directly experiencing and covering traditional and modern culture of Korea. The reporters were from the top-level TV media, which was recommended by local authorities, and they plan to broadcast a special program on Korean culture and inform local people of Korean culture and Hallyu when they return to their countries.
