Invitation of Al Sumariya TV of Iraq

• In an attempt to make PR activities regarding cultural industry of Korea and hasten cultural exchanges, we invited Al Sumariya TV, a major broadcasting media of Iraq. Al Sumariya TV participated in Broadcasting Worldwide(BCWW) and built cooperative network with major broadcasting stations of Korea, and covered areas of Korea exhibiting both Korea’s traditional and modern features such as Dae Jang Geum Theme Park, Gyeongbok Palace, and Insa-dong, etc. They also covered ‘NANTA’ and ‘Jump’, which have become world’s renowned performances, to experience Korea’s advanced performance culture. It is expected that this event can provide Middle East press media with opportunities to cover Korean culture and cultural industry, which will contribute to establish more favorable sentiment toward Korea.
