Caption: Was Choi Jin-hyuk's ‘Pride and Prejudice’ character difficult to play?

Jin-hyuk: ‘Tomorrow's Cantaville’, I saw Shim Eun-kyung's interview for that. She said she didn't know how to play Seol Nae-il, so she cried. When I saw that, I sympathised with her a lot, but watching the highlights just now, I also felt tears coming. That actually shows how difficult this work was. and how I worried over it, so I think that it's a piece that you can look forward to.

Caption: Appearing in 3 of MBC's 4 mon-Tue dramas?

Jin-hee:  There are 4 Mon-Tue shows this year, Empress Ki, The Night Watchman, Triangle, and Pride and Prejudice, that's 4, and I'm in 3 of them. I'm very grateful to MBC. As soon as I received the script for Pride and Prejudice,  as the director said, I really wanted to do it. The character Han Yeol-mu was just really lovely to me. If I met someone like that, how would I express myself, show myself, and how would I live my life, and then at the end after I'd grown, wouldn't the drama gain a lot of love, those are the things I hope for while filming.

Tae-hwan: Next to me, especially Son Chang-min, looked after me and really helped me a lot, and also, Choi Min-soo as well... Senior... You're as old as my father, Senior Choi Min-soo... Hyung... and Jang Hang-sun. And also, for giving me a good character, I want to thank the writers again.

Ji-min: If we were really detectives, how would we do?  But it's not too heavy, and something the audience can sympathise with. And while detectives can't have the world, at least in Korea, out of the people who keep us safe, I think they're very important, so with writer Lee Hyun-joo, I worked very closely to make this.

Caption: Did you meet real dtectives to prepare for your role?

Jin-hyuk: I actually thought that there would be something really special, but they weren't so special. They told me a lot about how they work hard in this and that, and how the thoughts we have the image of the detective is really old is what I learned.

Jin-hee: Because detectives have to deal with a lot of cases every day, they tend to be very cool in dealing with it. So when I was acting, I found I couldn't let my emotions out much, and I found the director called me out on that.

So that was very difficult, but also I'm keeping it in mind that I'm gradually becoming a detective.

Tae-hwan: Through this drama, if I say what I intend, "not just Seo Kang-joon from Surprise" is what I'd like to show.

Man: That's right. Lee Tae-hwan is also in Surprise.

Woo-sik: First of all, I think I'm most suitable. Sorry.

Man: I agree with that to a point.

Woo-sik: I thought they'd photograph me, but no. Sorry. The attractive point is the detective story, so while it's a bit heavy, there's a bit of bounce  and I think that gives it charm.
