G-Dragon recently added Hong Kong to his world tour schedule. YG Entertainment partially revealed on their Facebook page the countries that G-Dragon’s world tour, “ONE OF A KIND”, will visit. It will be his first solo concert since “SHINE A LIGHT” was released in 2009. It will kick off at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul on March 30 and 31, and move abroad to Japan, Hong Kong, and other countries.
Last year, BIG BANG stopped in Hong Kong during their world tour and despite the lack of any promotion beforehand; the tickets were sold out within minutes. When Mnet’s MAMA was taking place in Hong Kong, BIG BANG became the most-searched keyword on the largest Chinese SNS site, Weibo.
G-Dragon will be the first Korean singer to perform at four largest domes in Japan (Fukuoka Yahoo Japan Dome, Saitama Seibu Dome, Osaka Kyocera Dome, and Aeon Nagoya Dome). The concerts are expected to draw in 361,000 spectators. Ticketing for G-Dragon’s Seoul concerts will open on March 5 and 6 at 8 p.m. on G Market. YG Entertainment plans to reveal the countries included in the world tour in the near future.
