US Billboard Said, as a Positive Response, “Tiffany Draws a New Image of Herself”

Even Billboard takes note of Tiffany’s first solo album. Billboard, an American entertainment media brand, posted an article titled “Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany Releases ‘I Just Wanna Dance’ EP” in its K-Pop column corner, K-TOWN, on May 12 (local time) and said that the album draws on a variety of genres and showcases Tiffany’s versatility as an artist.
While mentioning the album, Billboard said, “’I Just Wanna Dance’ gives Tiffany, born Stephanie Young Hwang, an audible canvas to paint a new image of herself. Tiffany draws on her American roots for inspiration, and the result is a modern take on some of the best retro music trends of the past three decades.” Such attention clearly demonstrates that Tiffany is a popular artist not just in Korea but also abroad.
Moreover, Apple Music also showed its strong interest in Tiffany’s first solo album by listing her title song ‘I Just Wanna Dance’ on its ‘Best of the Week’ playlist, a collection of the world’s most exciting and interesting new music.
Meanwhile, Tiffany’s first solo album ‘I Just Wanna Dance,’ which was released to the world through iTunes on the 11th, topped the music charts in 14 countries including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and more, while ranking 2nd in Japan and 10th in Sweden and Mexico, drawing enthusiastic responses from global fans.
