“We’ve changed a lot, but we want to show that we are still Girls’ Generation,” says Tiffany of Girls’ Generation. Meet Tae-yeon, Tiffany, and Seo-hyun of the unit group TaeTiSeo on cable channel OnStyle’s reality program “THE TAETISEO” from August 26, 2014 at 11 pm.

At the press conference held at CJ E&M headquarters in Sangam-dong on the 22nd, producer Kim Ji-wook explained that the new reality program will deliver a close-up of the everyday life of a group that has become an icon for women in their twenties. 

“The TAETISEO” is OnStyle’s second star reality program this year, following “Jessica and Krystal” that captured the daily life of Girls’ Generation’s Jessica and her sister Krystal, a member of f(x). Kim added, “Jessica and Krystal are real sisters. TaeTiSeo, on the other hand, met as trainees and shared their lifestyle for more than 10 years. We focused on their relationship.”

“It is not a reality program that shows the joys and tears of life,” he emphasized. “It will focus on presenting the relationship of the trio in a fun, entertaining manner by looking at what they share, such as diet, fashion, accessories and so on.” Tae-yeon explained, “People are more interested in the way we speak, our ‘it items’ that we carry around in our bags, and trivial things than the big picture. We will be able to show a lot of that.”

Seo-hyun also added, “The public doesn’t really know what goes on off-stage. I think we’ll be able to show them little habits and things we do behind the stage.” OnStyle scheduled “THE TAETISEO” so that it overlaps with TaeTiSeo’s new album in two years after “Twinkle” in 2012.

“OnStyle proposed the program to us while we were brainstorming ideas for our comeback, which we wanted to be different,” explained Tiffany. “The new program will capture both our comeback and our daily life.” The first part of the series will focus on TaeTiSeo’s daily life and the second part on their comeback preparations.
