Girl group f(x) is getting ready for a drastic transformation for their comeback with their third official album. Not the one to shy away from unique and sensual visual concepts, f(x) is raising the expectations of both fans and critics. The teaser images of their third album “Red Light” posted on their official homepage and SM Town Facebook from June 27 to July 1 gave a glimpse of some dramatic changes that the group has undergone.

The first member to be unveiled was Crystal, looking charismatic with blonde hair and dark smoky makeup. Next up was Sulli, no longer a sweet girl next door, but a mature woman with long, straight hair and radiating a mysterious aura. Victoria, shrouded in a mystical, dreamy ambience, appeared in the teaser with both long, straight hair and a chic haircut.

Luna, with an eye-catching smoky makeup, pulled off a striking blue hairstyle and fishnet stockings and exuded both charisma and a mesmerizing charm. Last to be unveiled, Amber left as deep an impression as the other members did. With one eye covered, she looked powerful and charismatic, but her second image was that of a delicate girl. f(x) has gained the reputation of an experimental and original group since their debut with “La Cha Ta” followed by “Chu,” “NU ABO,” “Pinocchio,” “Hot Summer” and “Rum Pum Pum Pum.” The teaser images are raising people’s expectations for yet another music style that is unique to f(x). 

Fans can meet f(x)’s comeback stages first on Mnet “M Countdown” on July 3 followed by KBS “Music Bank” on the 4th, MBC “Show! Music Core” on the 5th, and SBS “Inki Gayo” on the 6th. The group plans to perform the title track “Red Light” along with “Milk” and “All Night.” The previews of these three songs have already been released. The album will become available online and offline from the 7th.
