2NE1 “All-Kill” of 10 Major Music Charts…Stylish Comeback

2NE1 jumped to 61st place on Billboard Chart, setting a new K-pop record.
Girl group 2NE1 recorded the highest place ever for a K-pop song on the US Billboard’s main chart Billboard 200. Billboard.com reported on March 5 that 2NE1 wrote a new record in the USA when their song “Crush” ranked 61st on Billboard 200. Billboard 200 ranks albums by online and offline sales in the USA. 2NE1’s title track “Come Back Home” was ranked fifth in the World Digital Songs chart. Previously PSY made K-pop record with “Gangnam Style” that was ranked second on Billboard HOT 100. 2NE1 took the record for the highest-ranking K-pop album on Billboard 200 with “Crush.”
Before 2NE1 entered the chart, Girls’ Generation unit TeTiSeo held the record with “Twinkle” at 126th place. Girls’ Generation’s new album “Mr. Mr.” was ranked at 110th place, adding to the power of Korean girl groups.
