Kara’s Park Gyuri, Han Seungyeon, and Goo Hara is set to hold their first official fan meetings to commemorate the third anniversary of “Kamilia Day” together with Kamilia at the Samsung Card Hall Fan Club in Blue Square, Seoul, on May 24. It will be the first official public activity of the group in about five months. Another fan meeting will also be held in Budokan, Tokyo, Japan, on June 1. These events will be Kara’s first official activity after the recent change in its members, which makes it draw much attention in Korea and in the rest of the word. Through these fan meetings, Kara members plan to tell their stories to their fans with complete honesty and be open to them. As Kara is a Korean Wave group greatly loved in Japan as well, it has planned fan meetings both in Korea and Japan to meet with Japanese fans after their long hiatus.
Kara will talk about their activities and closely communicate with their fans during the meetings. They plan to convey their gratitude to their fans who have firmly supported them during difficult times and spend meaningful time with them. “Kamilia Day” is a date set in 2011 to commemorate Kamilia, a fan club of Kara. It has been a day with special events of meeting fans in the last three years. Information on how to participate in the fan meetings and other detailed information will be posted on their official Web sites in Korea and Japan.
