Super Junior, now in their 10th year, topped the US Billboard World Album Chart in the first week of the release of their official album in 2 years and proved again that they are still the biggest K-pop group in the act. According to the latest Billboard Chart (Sep. 13), Super Junior’s seventh album “MAMACITA” is ranked first on the World Album Chart, which ranks all albums released outside of the USA.

With their new album topping the Billboard Chart in the first week, Super Junior is wowing the world with the power of Hallyu idol groups. Super Junior’s new album comes two years after “Sexy, Free & Single” in July 2012. “MAMACITA” was also ranked in the top 100 on iTunes Albums Chart in nearly 20 countries immediately after its release.

The title track “MAMACITA” is an urban new jack swing number with an Indian percussion rhythm and a piano melody with a DJ-remix vibe. Super Junior is actively promoting their new song while preparing for their new world tour Super Show 6, which kicks off in Seoul at Jamsil Stadium from the 19th to the 21st. The tour will stop in China, Thailand, Japan, and more.
